1. Purchasing Digital Items
- Custom Design Services: All digital items provided are custom-designed based on your specifications. Once your order is confirmed, work begins on creating a unique digital product that meets your needs.
- Non-Tangible Goods: Digital items are considered non-tangible goods and are delivered electronically through email or via a secure download link.
2. Usage Rights
- Ownership: Upon full payment, you gain the rights to use the digital items as specified in the service agreement. Rights to use the items may vary based on the project scope, such as commercial vs. personal use.
- Restrictions: Reselling, redistributing, or modifying the digital items for use by third parties without prior consent is prohibited. Any usage beyond the agreed-upon terms requires written approval.
3. Delivery
- Timeline: Delivery timelines are outlined in the project agreement. We work to ensure timely delivery, but completion times may vary based on project complexity and the approval process.
- Format: Digital items are typically provided in standard formats (e.g., JPEG, PNG, MP4) compatible with popular software and devices. If additional formats are required, please specify at the beginning of the project.
4. Refunds and Returns
- Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of digital items, all purchases are final once the items are delivered. Refunds are not provided for digital items unless there is a major defect or failure to deliver the agreed-upon product.
- Defects and Revisions: If the delivered item does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, revisions will be offered as per the terms in the service agreement. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery for correction.
5. Support and Revisions
- Post-Delivery Support: We provide support to address any technical issues related to the digital items within 30 days of delivery. Additional edits or modifications beyond the agreed-upon revisions may incur extra charges.
- Long-Term Support: For ongoing maintenance or modifications, a separate support agreement may be established if desired.
